Workshops & Groups
Small groups, plenty of time for questions, and a relaxed way to get a feel for how I work.
When the Strategies Stop Working: Parenting an ADHD Teenager
Parents ask me about this all the time. What worked when your child was eight often stops working at fifteen, and most of what’s written about ADHD skips the teenage years. This is an evening to talk about what actually helps now.
We’ll talk about
You’ll go home with a workbook, a clearer picture of what’s going on for your teen, and a plan for one change that fits your family, ready to try before the school holidays.
Varsity Lakes Community Resource Centre
$49 per household, covers both parents or carers. Limited to 15 households.
For parents and carers of 13 to 18 year olds with diagnosed or suspected ADHD. This is a group education session, not treatment for your teen. For support specific to your family, book a free intro call.
Ready to get started?
The easiest first step is a free 15-minute call. This is a no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if it feels like the right fit. There’s nothing to prepare.
